Christian households have the God-given responsibility to raise their children in the admonition of the Lord. This up-bringing includes the child's spiritual foundation, social development, educational training and practical application in order to generate well-rounded citizens for society.
The responsibility of the church is to equip and train the parents in such a way that allows the home to thrive in Biblical training and educational excellence. The church also provides resources to make readily available to the parents within the local church. These resources can be anything from books, facilities, study materials or even educators.
The school is a resource, provided by the church, to come alongside the home in its attempt to raise each child to glorify God in its pursuit of excellence. The primary responsibility of the school is to educate each student through a Biblical worldview with the purpose of developing the mind, will and emotions to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.
